Tortuga desde la tarde del 1 de junio se encuentra en la Clínica Indisa donde la primera semana se le realizaron injertos de su misma piel en las zonas de su cuerpo que resultaron más dañadas.
El compañero sufrió la amputación de su mano derecha hasta la muñeca y en la mano izquierda perdió el pulgar, el índice y la mitad del dedo medio. Los daños en los ojos no le provocaron ceguera, además distinguiría contrastes de luz y su visión podría mejorar, no se sabe si le realizaran operaciones en los ojos.
Por otro lado la prensa, en sus primeros informes, dijo que el artefacto que Tortuga habría utilizado tenia un sistema de activación mixto, similar al que un veterano saboteador había aconsejado tras la muerte del compañero Mauricio Morales, pero luego ésta misma publicó que el artefacto explosivo NO tenia dos sistemas de activación, solo tenia uno, con un reloj, una batería de 9 volt y la ampolleta de un auto, el cual fue detallado por la prensa con una didáctica gráfica.
El 9 de junio el diario La Tercera publicó que Luciano había dicho que el no tenia nada que ver con los hechos de la madrugada del 1° de junio lo cual es completamente MENTIRA, al igual que muchas otras cosas publicadas por este vocero de la fiscalía. El compañero no ha dicho nada y pasa la mayor parte del tiempo sedado producto de los calmantes.
Solo lo pueden visitar sus hermanos, padre, madre y su compañera. Agentes (de uniforme y civil) vigilan el piso donde se encuentra.
El fiscal del caso, Héctor Barros, ha intentado realizar la formalización de cargos contra el compañero, pero esta no se a podido llevar a cabo porque se necesita la aprobación del doctor a cargo y esto se decide por el estado de salud de Luciano.
Hacemos un llamado a sus compañerxs cercanxs a informar sobre la situación del compañero, porque son muchas las personas interesadas en saber como esta y porque es fundamental tener una comunicación entre compañerxs.

Tourtle, since the afternoon of june 1st, have been in Clínica INDISA, when -the first week- the medics was make a skin grafting to Luciano, in the zones of their body that was result more damaged.
The comrade lost their right hand and, in the left hand, he lost the thumb, index and one half of their middle finger. The damage of their eyes wasn’t a blindness. He see light contrasts and their vision can will be better.
The press, in their first news, says that Tourtle’s bomb has a mixed activation system, similar to the system that Marco Camenisch recommend after the dead of Mauricio Morales, in 2009 ( http://liberaciontotal.lahaine.org/?p=43 ). But after, the same press says that the bomb wasn’t has two activation sistems: has one, with a watch, a 9 volt battery and a car’s vial. The outline of Luciano’s bomb was detailed by the press in a didactic graffic.
On june 9, the newspaper La Tercera ( http://diario.latercera.com/2011/06/09/01/contenido/pais/31-72051-9-anarquista-sale-del-coma-y-niega-participacion-en-bombazo.shtml ) reported that Luciano had said that he don’t have any relation with the bombing, that is totally LIE, like many others issued by the spokesman for the prosecution. The partner hasn’t said anything and spends most of the time sedated product painkillers.
Luciano can only be visited by his brothers, father, mother and companion. The police (uniformed and civilian) are monitoring the floor where he is.
The prosecutor, Héctor Barros, tried to perform the indictment against the partner, but this is not to able to perform because it requires the approval of the doctor in charge and this is decided by the health status of Luciano.
